Since COVID-19 has hit many businesses including us have been affected which we are truly sorry for but we cannot control this kind of situation. So because of COVID-19 some shipments will take longer than usual therefor delivery times may exceed the estimated delivery times.

We deeply apologize but we would rather be transparent with our customers.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY ON PURCHASED ITEMS.

If you would like a refund you may contact us through our support

e-mail (support@otakuplug.com) with your full name, order number, and the reason you want a refund. Unfortunately exchanges are not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as postage office fees. We recommend you going through the refund process and reordering sorry.

REFUNDS.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund please account that the refund will be processed with a $5 handling fee, also the customer is responsible to handle the return shipment fee from their local post office back to the Otaku Plug company location they received it from. Any questions or help needed such as where to ship the product back to, please sent an email to our support email. Once the product has been received, We will issue a refund to you.

EXCHANGES.

We are unable to do exchanges due to excessive fees that come from local and international posts offices. If you’d like to exchange your product, we’d recommend going through the refund process and then ordering the new products. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING.

Processing may take up to 1-2 weeks due to all garments being made to order. Once the processing is complete, you will then receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number. If you are within North America shipment will take 3-10 business days as standard shipping (unless your ordered a faster shipping option). International orders can take about anywhere between 4-15 business days on average. Please be aware that during the holiday times shipping may be delayed and take longer due to courier services being jammed with a lot of packages which is out of our control.
