HOW DO I WASH MY CLOTHES?

Screen printed clothing, should all be washed inside out with cold to warm water. When drying make sure you are tumble drying on low.
Embroidered clothing, should be washed in cold to warm water. When drying be sure to hang dry. If the embroidery ever decides to fold inwards, iron it on low over a towel to flatten out when dry.

PRE ORDERS.

If a product is on a pre-order you will be charged to lock your order in. Pre-orders are all subject to different shipping times as they need their own time to be completed. Please refer to the product description or email us to find out how long a products pre-order will take.

Please note, we do not store credit card details. Nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

DELIVERY INFORMATION.

Orders are subject to processing times. The following delivery timeframes may apply. Signed for delivery timeframes are estimated and not always guaranteed. North America is subject to a 3-15 business day delivery time frame. Rest of World is subject to 7-25 business day delivery time frame. Due to high demand of product as well order volumes based on time of year, There may be delays in orders. We appreciate your patience!  

Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced by express couriers.

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL.

Packages are only classified as “lost” after 30 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at support@otakuplug.com ! Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to being claimed. We will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient. Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee. All packages are packaged as securely as possible however it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated within transit. We take it very seriously!
